Get to know about this role

As a passenger point of contact Ticketing Agents represent airlines service fade and serve passengers in all-and-all travel needs related to ticket sales, reservation and flight booking assistance. The responsibilities of this position demand a detail oriented and organized individual with the ability to read, write and speak English. Ability to work shifts including early mornings, late nights, weekends and holidays.

General Responsibilities:

  • Voluntary and involuntary rebooking and reissue process 
  • Complete handling of all ticketing functions (ID, ETIX, Reissues, EMD,MCO’s) 
  • Notification of passengers / agents via email, phone, text message 
  • Offering customer / agent alternative solution  
  • Reservations, service and sales of LHG products and its cooperation partners 
  • Perform and coordinate passenger check-in activities in irregularity situation 
  • Providing expert customer service including check-in and assistance to premium customers  Ensure all passenger services are provided within Lufthansa Group quality standards 
  • Follow required safety and security procedures in accordance with all company guidelines and regulatory requirements Project a professional and congenial appearance for daily interaction with customers and customer service team-members Administrative tasks including accounting, banking, filing, completing statistics etc. 
  • Keep up-to-date with product information and daily news 
  • Coach co-workers 
  • Perform miles and more enrollment and web check in assistance Participate in team meetings and other duties as assigned 
  • Complete special assignments and other duties as assigned

Qualification:

  • Male or Female  
  • Thai Nationality 
  • University degree  
  • Up to 28 years of age 
  • Strong communication skill in English (TOEIC 650) 
  • Good command of third language is advantageous.  
  • Relevant experience in ticket sales 
  • Ability for shift work 
  • Good perception and adaptability 
  • Intercultural competence 
  • Good PC user know-how 
  • Eye on detail related to cost awareness
