Get to know about this role 

Flight Operations Agents are in the day-to-day running of airline’s operations control center and responsible for load  planning, coordinating with pilots, crew, ramp handler and airport agencies. Flight Operations Agent must be able to juggle a large amount of information at once, and prioritize tasks systematically. Computer and mathematic skills with topnotch  communication ability are essential for the job. 

General Responsibilities:

• Load planning and weight and balance calculations both locally and remotely in accordance with applicable safety regulations and standards of the carriers 

• Supervision of ground handling activities performed by handling company during aircraft turnaround in accordance with applicable safety regulations and standards of the carriers including, but not limited to, aircraft servicing, aircraft loading/unloading, etc. 

• Awareness of security at aircraft to prevent access by unauthorized individual 

• Securing and retaining personal and sensitive data in accordance with governing data protection regulations 

• General self- & team- administration 
• Following workplace safety regulations for personal safety 
• Conducting, if applicable. crew briefing based on flight plan and weather reports 

• Operating loading control system on main deck of freighter aircraft
