Meet and greet passengers at arrival gate
Passenger assistance agent holds signboard for identification
Escort to immigration
Present with passengers until baggage arrives. In case of lost or damaged baggage, our passenger assistance agent guides the passenger to the baggage service counter for further assistance
Departure / Transfer passengers
We provides
Meet and greet passengers at the check-in counter or arrival gate with signboard for identification
Assist in relevant check-in matters
Escort through immigration fast-track
Escort to respective lounge or boarding gate
